About the Company:
Vermont Information Processing is a software and services company that serves the beverage industry. Our software applications handle all business functions for a beverage distributor including inventory management, order processing, sales reporting and financial management. 60% of all beer distributors in the US use our software to run their business. Our supplier services business is focused on moving data between buyers and sellers in the beverage industry to support marketing and supply chain activities.
We are looking for a data acquisition specialist for our supplier services business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Acquiring daily data from customers in a timely manner.
Working with customers to ensure data accuracy.
Distributing software to customers.
Maintaining a high performance level.
Tracking, monitoring and reporting on customer's delivery of data. About the Candidate:
We are looking for a person with a strong work ethic, a proven track record of problem solving and front-line customer experience.
The successful candidate must have good verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and be highly organized, assertive and detail oriented.
The successful candidate must be able to identify problems and work to resolve them quickly.
Working knowledge of IBM AS400, and Lotus Notes is a plus but not required.
Data analysis experience a plus but not required.
