Responsible for sorting and processing incoming and outgoing mail. Performs all cashiering functions related to the payment and posting of patient and non patient cash. Performs a variety of clerical functions in support of billing and collections activities. Alternates performing Mail Clerk functions with Cashiering Functions on a fill shift or weekly basis, would not perform both jobs concurrently.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent required. Mail room and/or clerical business office type experience required.
Temporary Part Time; 20 hrs/wk, 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Temporary Assignment expected to begin in February thru September 30, 2010. No on-call duty required. No weekends required.
Grade: A-12
