 ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT 
 
 The ClientPatient Services organization is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery to Express Scripts' members and clients in a cost-efficient manner. Patient Services provides mail pharmacy services, addresses members' inquiries and provides value-added consultation. In addition this organization includes Client Services, which encompasses client and benefit administration, quality control, implementation, client support center (CSC), participant materials, clinical operations and eligibility. In addition, ClientPatient Services includes centralized functions to drive continuous process improvement, pharmacy compliance and forward-looking planning. This organization also includes Medical Affairs, Clinical Services, and Express Scripts' Pharma Business Services subsidiary. 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
 High School diploma or equivalent required. Basic math skills required (assessment test administered prior to scheduling of interview). Must be able to type a minimum of 35 wpm (assessment test administered prior to scheduling of interview). Basic math skills and strong data entry and 10-key skills required. Must be P.C. literate. Strong attention to detail. Good organizational ability. Ability to work in fast-paced, production environment. Retail pharmacy experience helpful but not required.

 Starting compensation: $10.10 
 
 The first three weeks of employment are dedicated to paid-training. The training schedule is Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm. 
 
 Full time and Part time shifts available: 
 
 Full Time Shedule - Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday 
 Weekdays 8am to 4:30 pm / Weekend 7:30 to 4pm 
 
 QUALIFICATIONS 
 
 High School diploma or equivalent 
 Retail pharmacy experience helpful but not required. 
 Strong data entry and 10-key skills 
 Basic math skills required 
 P.C. literate 
 Strong attention to detail 
 Good organizational ability 
 Ability to work in fast-paced, production environment 
 Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
