* Review all new client files for completion * Maintain new ASO/Payroll/PEO client conversion information * Responsible for completing and addressing items such as new banking information, quick starts,EZ start, and mid year/mid quarter conversions * Process work comp applications, increases, classification codes and terminations * Back up receptionist as required * Assist department managers with over flow and special projects * Maintain office equipment and supplies—copiers, printers and fax machines * Process E-Verify requests for PEO and ASO clients Candidate Profile: * Previous administrative support experience * Posses excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word * Must portray a professional image and have a positive attitude * High school diploma Location: Phoenix
