Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized person for this temporary position located in the Chandler area. This department handles as many as 600 projects which are underway at any given time. The qualified person would be keeping track of those projects by reviewing deadlines, monitoring schedules, entering jobs into the job tracking system, running reports, etc. Additional duties would be entering mailing and printing information into the system, creating job jackets and general filing. This person needs to be someone who will roll up their sleeves and be a highly organized, accurate member of the team who takes direction well.
The candidate is required to have a competency level with MS Office products needs to be tested in the intermediate level. Must have either 2 years of college or high school with 2 years experience. Competency level with MS Office products needs to be in the intermediate to advanced category. Ability to be flexible to frequent changes in workload and procedures is necessary.
