Grand Canyon University is currently seeking a Faculty Scheduler who will be responsible for scheduling independent contractors, campus faculty and adjuncts into courses and administering compensation by performing the following duties:
•Liaison between the colleges and Academic Affairs to ensure the smooth transactions of scheduling.
•Works with internal and external departments to ensure that faculty, adjuncts and independent contractors have met their contractual obligations.
•Replaces instructors as needed.
•Coordinate and maintain records for college specific scheduling and payments..
•Assists in the maintenance of files to meet HLC standards.
•Corresponds through email accounts to faculty.
•Other duties as assigned.
RequirementsEducation and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
• Must be able to organize, pay attention to detail, prioritize and multitask
• Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Datatel or another database scheduling system desired but not required
• Prior university or college work experience preferred
• 2 – 3 years customer service experience required
