Fairview Internal Communication Consultants partner with specific care sites, system businesses and functional areas to develop and execute communication plans that meet specific business needs and support Fairview's brand, vision, goals and strategic initiatives. Accountable for developing comprehensive understanding of audience segments, creating messages and communication strategies appropriate for those audience segments and measuring outcomes. Must be highly skilled consultants, possess strong writing and editing skills for a variety of media, able to develop highly effective relationships with diverse clients and colleagues, enjoy executing a wide range of communication tactics-particularly high-touch, and be passionate about capturing and sharing the Fairview brand experience. By creating alignment and building pride, trust and ownership in the organization, this position contributes to employee, physician, and ultimately consumer satisfaction and likelihood that they would recommend Fairview.Qualifications Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in communications, journalism, organizational psychology or related field.
