Accounts Payable File Clerk
PART TIME 1st shift
30 Hours per week
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Including, but not limited to:
o General clerical/administrative duties.
o File A/P check copies alphabetically.
o Pull files as asked by A/P Associates.
o Box/pack A/P records for achiving.
o Opening mail and matching checks.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
o Some clerical experience required.
o Light lifting required (boxes of archived records).
o High School or equivalency required.
o Able to work 6 hours per day (30 hours per week).
o Ability to read, write, and alphabetize in English is a requirement!
