Job Duties Include:Â Â Handles general office and data entry duties of the office. Performs all functions in a professional manner and collaborates with other members of the health care team to assist with data entry, scheduling and records management. Manages Time effectively to deliver administrative support to the agency personnel. Effectively communicates with office employees, field staff and agency personnel. Maintains Confidentiality of patient and proprietary information.
Minimum Requirements:
High School graduate or Equivalent.
Ability to operate a phone, computer, fax machine and copier.
Working knowledge of Medical Terminology.
Competent in use of relevant software.
Organized with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Medical Office Experience.
