Paralegals and legal assistants are an integral player on any attorneys team and are a key member of the legal system. Paralegals assist attorneys prepare for trials, property closings, hearings, corporate meetings, and they also draft contracts, mortgages, and business agreements.



Trained, competent Paralegals and Legal Assistants are in high demand RIGHT NOW, and the Bureau of Labor estimates that careers will continue to increase 22 percent over the next 10 years. Responsibilities

The duties of a paralegal will vary depending on the type of company they work for. Most paralegals work for law firms, corporate legal departments and government organizations. Possess excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.

Basic math and analytical skills.
