Broward General Medical Center is a 716-bed, state-of-the-art Level I Trauma Center and Ft. Lauderdale's largest healthcare facility.
Part Time Eligible 40 Hours per pay period. Weekend as needed. High school graduation or equivalent. One year of related experience. Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, receives Hospital visitors, ascertains needs and directs them to appropriate Hospital locations. Maintains the smooth transition of the lobby for procedures. Responds to approved inquiries regarding patient information such as room number, telephone number, condition and so forth; and refers other inquiries to appropriate personnel. Maintains current register of all Hospital patients. Displays excellent customer service skills.
