The Account Executive will work in the financial services division of Intuit. Digital Insight, an Intuit Company, is the leading provider of online banking services to mid-market banks and credit unions in the United States. Our extensive portfolio of on-demand applications includes consumer and business Internet banking, online lending, electronic bill payment and presentment, check imaging, account-to-account transfers, website development and hosting, marketing programs designed to help increase online banking end user growth, and more.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Account Executives are responsible for prospecting for new customers, presenting and selling in a consultative sales process, negotiating and closing new business for the company. Products sold are limited to Intuit’s online financial management software known as FinanceWorks (personal and business). Account Executive must be able to strategically plan a strong sales process targeted toward large volume and plan for closing a new opportunity quickly. They must be able to make decisions regarding pricing, negotiated terms, and prioritization of their territory via their territory plan. Must interact extensively via phone, webex and email communication with prospects, front-end partners, customer and employees of Digital Insight. Must also present in formal group settings as well as mass group presentations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prospects for new sales opportunities via phone, email, networking, trade shows and presentations which results in viable opportunities for the company.
• Engage prospect in consultative sales process from early stage to close. Follows an 8 step defined sales process that is reviewed during orientation. Goal is to reach and exceed assigned quota for new booked business.
• Planning territory and setting priorities within it. Scoping out number of prospects, utilizing CRM tool and the web to gain and analyze information.
• Communicating and reporting with sales VP. Must be able to forecast future sales, communicate strategy and resolve prospect questions and issues during sales process.
• Attend and work booth at trade shows representing the company.
• Account Executive will be responsible for attending formal engagements and representing the company.
• Attend annual sales conference, training sessions and sales meetings quarterly, annually or monthly.
Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:
• 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 yrs+ of proven sales ability selling to the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry (banks and credit unions). Strategic or consultative sales skills. Strong communication skills, independent, resourceful and driven.
• Experience selling online banking, bill pay or related products or services is highly preferred
