Job Description:SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for Jewell Care Center of Denver. FACILITY SPECIFICS: Jewell Care Center of Denver is a 80 bed facility centrally located in Denver. The Rehab department offers Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy five days a week. Six therapist work in our facility during the week. We have a full time PT, full time PTA, a full time OTR and full time COTA and a full time SLP and a full time OTR that is our program manager. Jewell is in the process of renovation and expansion. The therapy team will soon be moving into a brand new gym and office space. We have a great staff at Jewell including Nursing, CNA's and Administration that strongly supports the therapy team! We are only an hour away form the ski slops and 15 mins from Down Town. JOB DESCRIPTION: Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates and treats residents and patients with conditions that are mentally, physically, developmentally, or emotionally disabling to improve their ability to perform tasks of daily living and working environments in compliance with federal guidelines and state practice acts. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. One (1) year of clinical experience preferred. Current license to practice Occupational Therapy issued by the State, if required by state law.
