BS/BA in business or equivalent work experience required. BSN, Masters and Specialty Certification as well as RN licensure in the state of Colorado or nurse licensure in one of the compact states preferred. 

1-2 years of experience in operating room purchasing activity and experience in the operating room. Ability to analyze data, develop financial models for decision making, capital equipment evaluations and Performa development for new programs/projects. Works closely with the OR Coordinators in purchasing activities. Understands accounting/business software. Has leadership abilities to manage up to 11. Has excellent communication and presentation skills for management level audiences. Oversees fiscal operational budgeting process, charge entry and reports on operational budget, pursues budget savings initiatives. Works closely with the Surgeons to provide data (example: cost per case).
