Develop, direct & implement company’s policies, strategic direction and objectives to enhance portfolio investments & increase efficiency. Analyze company’s various businesses to evaluate performance and redirect management focus. Determine areas of potential cost reduction, growth opportunities, or policy change to align business actions with corporate targets. Work closely with executive management to refine performance dialogue and define expectations and timelines for company-wide improvement programs. Support business specific improvement programs and establish logic & tracking system. Communicate program status and share best practices with staff to encourage continued success. Directly supervise and develop a team of twenty two individuals to assume leadership roles in the future.
Individual must possess an MBA or foreign degree equivalent and nine (9) years of experience in job offered.
