GENERAL SUMMARY:
This position has full ownership and P&L responsibility for all aspects of CMI’s In-Vivo Imaging product offerings from Conception to Discontinuation.
The Product Manger is responsible for growth of the In-Vivo Product Line. The individual must initiate, facilitate, participate and implement all necessary steps in development and improvement of new & existing Products in cooperation with all internal & external resources.
He/she is responsible for identifying and supporting appropriate sales channels and business opportunities. The individual must recommend comprehensive plans to maximize revenue, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction. The position will also implement plans in close liaison with revenue channel.
Provides customer feedback and requirements to internal teams to improve market potential. Works with sales organizations, channel partners, marketing communications and customers to enhance sales volume. Provides sales aids and tools to improve field or channel productivity in reaching sales objectives. In this capacity, the Product Manager will also assist all internal teams in the imaging instruments’ design, product and market development, external & internal communication, features and quality reviews, and commercialization.
Furthermore, the Product Manager will monitor the global sales channels for successful product introductions and market penetration. This role will also be responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for the In-Vivo Product line.
This position will require an In-Vivo Imaging Leader / Manger, experienced in understanding the In-Vivo imaging market’s needs, current and future challenges.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Accountable for Product Line P&L
·Accountable for meeting & exceeding In-Vivo Product Line’s global revenue target.

·Responsible for the successful implementation of Product Launches and Product Commercialization.
·Responsible for facilitation, initiation and active participation in continuous improvement processes for product development, through monitoring the competitive landscape of the In-Vivo imaging market, and recommendations on needed developments to stay ahead of the competitive market landscape.
·Responsible for development of communications and collaborations with reference sites, defined Centers of Excellence (COE) to ensure continuous improvement of products and reagent ideas that are beneficial to the In-Vivo business.
·Interact with all levels of employees to drive teamwork and act as an agent of positive change to imbed a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship.
·Provide updates and reports regarding costs, and sales trends.
·Solicit feedback from field personnel regarding additional applications or sales needs to ensure the successful support for all In-Vivo Imaging systems and applications.
·Support others in the organization with regard to their technical and application needs with In-Vivo Imaging.
Qualifications:
·Graduate education with a focus or background in molecular imaging, or related field.
·Advanced (MS/PHD) degree from an accredited university in the biophysical science, or related field.
·Minimum of 8 years experience in the In-Vivo Imaging Market.
·Experience/Familiarity with Sales and Channel Management is highly desirable.
·Advanced knowledge of fluorescent imaging procedures, principles, and processes in regards with In-Vivo Imaging.
·Proven track record of successful achievements and product introduction in the In-Vivo market.
·Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening and written)
·Proven ability to analyze and organize team output and effectively communicate results.
·Detail Oriented, who does not loose focus on the Big Picture
·Proven leadership in multi-project management and quality management
·Ability to self-motivate and achieve results under minimal supervision and/or during high-visibility projects
·Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite,
·Willingness and ability to travel (domestic & international).
