We are currently seeking the talents of Full-time Lead Customer Service Representatives (Head Teller) for the Ashland Square branch in Manassas, VA!!! 

 

Qualified candidates must demonstrate commitment to extraordinary customer service, strong relationships and ability to work as a proactive self-starter and team player. Individuals will be high achievers with superior interpersonal & motivational abilities. Outstanding customer service, team orientation and leadership skills are required, along with strong interpersonal skills. 

 

Lead Customer Service Representatives (Head Tellers) work in a fast-paced, high-volume cash-handling environment with daily face-to-face customer contact. The ability to work as part of a team is essential. Some local travel may be required. Must be flexible with regards to schedule. Previous teller, supervising, cash handling and customer service experience preferred. Previous sales experience is helpful. 

 

MINIMUM ONE YEAR OF BANKING AND/OR SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
