Maintains education records of all NMC, NOH, and NVHS employees. Assists Human Resources/ Education Team Leader in planning and coordinating internal and external staff education programs, including monthly orientation and Inservice Day. Evaluates training effectiveness to ensure that education programs help the organization meet its mission, vision, and values, and strategic business goals.

Qualifications:


Education: Associate Degree in related field. BA or BS Degree in Business, Education, or Human Resources preferred. 

Experience: Medical terminology preferred. Experience in public speaking preferred.

Special Skills: Must be MOS Certified in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Outlook or MOS Certified in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Outlook within two years of employment. Typing 40 wpm. Expertise in word processing required; experience with spreadsheets, databases, and desktop publishing preferred. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required. Excellent writing and grammar skills required. Must be flexible and have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Must possess a high level of initiative to complete tasks on deadline.
