Essential Job Functions: Coordinate and manage the implementation for new OrangeSoda resellers, co-branded partners, and white labeled partners Work closely with new partner agents (sales reps, etc.) to ensure new client setup and implementation is successful Work with misc. internal depts. to ensure successful implementation of all products and services for new partner accounts Optimize client budgets in every detail including providing account setup, management, and communication throughout the processes Provide Partners and Partner Clients with friendly world-class account management, which includes rapid e-mail and telephone exchanges Optimize advertiser keyword lists and ads in order to maximize clients online presence and provide success events 

Develop new strategies and promotions to help build out existing partnerships in an effort to increase customer base for both OS and partner

 



 Skills/Requirements 


Job Requirements:

BA/BS preferred 

Experience in Business to Business Relationships preferred, but not required

Strong analytical and problem solving skills 

Ability to manage and work well with a team 

Excellent (Written and Verbal) communication skills 

Excellent time-management and organizational skills 

Track record of meeting client needs on-time Ability to quickly learn new Technology platforms Experience in the online marketing industry (SEM, PPC, SEO) Self-motivated and ability to multi-task Professional manner in email, chat and on phone Ability to handle difficult situations in a positive and professional manner Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

 

Other Skill/Abilities: Intermediate experience in MS Excel, Outlook, and Internet tools desired. Knowledgeable about OrangeSodas standards and business practices. Demonstrated drive for superior customer services, internally and externally.
