Support the work in the Arizona account contact unit. Assist with developing operational systems that support agent business models as part of current agency business strategies. Assist with developing and assessing the additional business systems required to achieve goals. Will also be responsible for making calls on behalf of agents to help set up appointments between agents and clients. Schedule is M-F 1pm until 8pm and Saturdays 10am - 3pm.
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required plus at least one year insurance/financial service work experience preferred. Associate Degree preferred. Associate – Customer Service designation (i.e. LOMA) preferred within two years. Must have or be able to attain knowledge regarding how the insurance industry operates. Analytical/problem solving skills required. Basic personal computer skills Windows environment (Word, Excel) required. Keyboard skills (40 – 45 NWPM)
