Major responsibilities of this position include developing and maintaining manufacturing quality plans and supporting the development of processes to meet quality, delivery, and cost requirements.Essential qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and a minimum of two years relevant experience, or a related two-year post high school diploma/certificate and a minimum of six years of relevant experience. Experience developing manufacturing quality plans and conducting process capability studies is required, as well as the ability to travel occasionally overnight.The most qualified candidate will also possess experience in a precision machining environment, experience working with aircraft and military specifications, and the use of ERP systems. Experience auditing quality systems and processes, leading quality initiatives, knowledge of quality certifications (ISO, AS9100) and ASQ or similar professional certification is also desired.We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.
