Job Details:
BSN required
Bachelor's degree in a clinically related healthcare field; Registered Nurse; current Connecticut licensure; minimum 5-yrs relevant clinical experience; Clinical credibility with physicians, nurses, and other members of the health care team. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple disciplines and skill levels. Ability to quickly process complex problems, identify key components, and develop plans for resolution. Effective interactions with all health care team members and the ability to elicit their cooperation. Demonstrated skills in clinical management of specific patient populations including working with and providing support of Primary Nursing. Ability to provide clinical/financial education to colleagues, patients, and families. Previous case management, insurance experience needed. The shifts will be from 11am - 11:30pm2pm - 10:30pm. Alternating holidays required.
