Vice President – Finance Shared Services Center

This position reports directly to ADP Field Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all functions within the operational financial cycle. This includes leadership, overall management and integrity of ADP’s financial information, transactions related to the order to cash cycle and related financial database/dashboard management. The Vice President plays a key operational role by establishing policies, improving processes, training and developing accounting/finance teams, standardization of all customer billing, and ensuring that the strong financial controls are in place. 

Additional information:
• Provides leadership for 6 Directors and their managers responsible for 382 associates.
• Ensures that key controls are in place and functioning in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley Legislation.
• Enhances, develops, implements and enforces policies, procedures and systems that will improve overall effectiveness and control for the company.
• Develop, maintain and standardize financial and operational policies / procedures across business segments e.g. Roll Call and Commissions policies, etc.
• Maximize cash flow by improving DSO through increased DDF penetration and improved collections practices.
• Develop, implement and enforce strong client controls around credit risk on money movement portfolio of products in order to limit potential financial loss.
• Maintain and manage the ADP financial database to be used as the repository for financial analysis, report library, self service tools.
• Responsible for SOX compliance for all processes within their area. 

 QualificationsRequired 
 (Experience, Skills, Academic):10-12 years Accounting/Finance experience with 5+ years of hands on experience in ADP Order to Cash systems, processes and procedures is required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. MBA & CPA preferred. Detailed knowledge and experience with Sales Roll Call Policies and procedures is required. Established track record and proven business partnership skills with Sales Organization. SOX experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills required. Experience with process engineering. Strong people management skills with the ability to interact effectively with business executives. Strong systems skills with proficiency in CARMS, OPS, Clarify, ESDB, Crystal Reports, and Oracle. Incentive Compensation is required.
