Job Description
As a Teller/Branch Customer Service Representative, you’ll:
- Be the face of National City – the person your customers most identify with the bank
- Help us build and maintain solid relationships with our customers
- Provide excellent customer service in processing transactions
- Work within a team environment to introduce your customers to additional bank products and services that meet their needs
Job Requirements
- Data entry skills
- Familiarity with computers
- Strong multi-tasking and communications skills
- 6-12 months of experience suggesting or referring products and services to customers
- 6 months experience handling cash
- High school diploma
