Corporate Technologies LLC is currently expanding and seeking experienced technicians to provide customer service and technical support to our clients in the areas of Printers, PCs, Servers, and some networking.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have hardware repair experience on HP Printers and Zebra (S500 and 600 certified)
Two years prior experience with printers, PCs, and servers
Maintain and support printers
Enjoy training and authorization testing/working on new technologies
Excellent skills in documenting work done
(Provide hardcopy documentation of types of calls/descriptions of the work done)
Must carry a pager 24x7 for one week a month
Able to pass basic drug test and background check
CERTIFICATIONS:
Must have A+ Certification and Server + experience
Must have HP Laser Printer Certifications.
Certified on HP desktops/laptops and HP Proliant servers.
Certified on Lenovo desktops and laptops. IBM a plus.
Candidate should have Microsoft MCP certifications for networking, or verifiable experience in basic network and desktop support.
