Associate Director Strategic AnalyticsSenior position supporting a Fortune 100 company in order to build a world-class CRM program dedicated to increasing retention rates and lead conversion rates. This job wears many hats - diplomat, educator, strategist and marketer. Strengths in every area are needed to successfully complete our mission.Primary responsibilities:- Analysis and reporting strategy to bring clarity to market conditions- Development of testing methodologies- Bridge with client internal analytic organizations in order to leverage all the insight, tools and expertise that is available.- Continually push the organization to think strategically about measurement and analysis- Manage a dedicated team- Client face for marketing analytics- Collaborate with the Strategic Planning team on long term plans- Collaborate with primary research manager- Analysis based input into creative/marketing tactics- Annual planning, goal setting, program developmentRequirements:- 8-10 years experience with CRM analysis including the development of multi-variate models, segmentation schema and developing test matrices.- Automotive experience (GM experience preferred)- Digital experience a definite plus- Management experience with a direct staff and influencing other parts of organizations.Campbell-Ewald strives to be the multicultural employer of choice in our industry and strongly supports equal employment opportunity.
