Job Description:
This position is responsible for the development and monitoring of all education activities for the hospital including orientation of new hires, re-education of staff, and ad hoc training/re-education, in conjunction with hospital policies, DMH regualtions, and JCAHO standards. Ideal candiate will have prior clinical education experience, preferrably in a behavioral health setting, along with current Massachusetts RN license, and stong understanding of Joint Commission standards. Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have strong follow up, and demonstrated ability to articulate educational material in an effective manner.
Job Requirements:
Current Massachusetts RN license with a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Nursing.

Arbour-Fuller Hospital is an 82-bed psychiatric facility situated in South Attleboro, Massachusetts. The hospital offers crisis evaluation and stabilization, inpatient and partial hospitalization programs for adults and adolescents, dual diagnosis services and inpatient services for the developmentally disabled. Individual and group Dialectical Behavior Therapy is provided at the hospital.
