The Expense Processing Data Entry Associate is responsible for keying all vouchers into the Oracle Financial system on a daily basis. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to; reconciling batches before and after data entry is complete, reconciling work completed from the previous evening, sending fall-out items to the team daily, working with all associates to ensure entries are completed accurately and timely and assisting other associates on the team as needed during month-end periods. Excellent communication and partnering skills are essential to the success of this position. This position requires communicating with a large team of internal associates. Partnering with associates from other teams is required in order to ensure accurate payment processing. 
 
This Data Entry position requires a self-motivated person who has the initiative to get the daily requirements completed accurately and timely. This position could transition into an auditing, reviewing and approving of client expense reports/direct bills.

Responsibilities: Data Entry skills must include; minimum typing speed of 60 wpm, 10,000-12,000 KPH and minimum of 99.5% accuracy rating. Interface with outsource audit and data entry personnel on questions and exceptions. Ability to become proficient in multiple client-specific policies/procedures. 
 
Qualifications: 1 - 2 years prior experience in a Data Entry environment with excellent keying speed and accuracy. Oracle or ReloAdvantage experience preferred. Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and 10-key by touch. Team oriented, attention to detail and analysis and decision making skills related to interpretation of client policy. Must have basic math aptitude and ability to work with numbers (calculate percentages, interest).
