Description:
• Manage major key accounts as assigned.. Assist the division in
exceeding financial and strategic goals by playing an active role as a
key member of the customer service team.
• Inventory planning and forecasting.
• Responsible for generating reports to the customer.
• Process returns and credits.
• Actively work with logistics company on receiving/delivering product.
• Develop working relationships with customers, National accounts,
vendors and xpedx sales reps.
• Assist accounts receivable on any invoice issues.
• Assist accounts payable and xpedx purchasing with any issues.
• Carry cell phone for after hour customer emergencies.
• A thorough understanding of the distribution process (customer
service, sales, purchasing, warehouse, credit, information systems and
logistics). Preferably from a large, national organization.
• 7+ years of successful customer relationship experience and
interpersonal skills is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure and adapt to
sudden changes in the work environment.
• PC proficient in Windows based software programs.
• Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.
• Strong planning and organization skills are required.
