This position will be located in our Warren, MI location and the requisition number is R8068.Primary responsibilities for this position include:

Support to the Executive Vice President of Sales 

Print, bind and ship sales proposals and presentations 

Maintenance of monthly reports 

Word processing 

Data entry 

Copying 

Filing 

Handle office supplies 

Coordinate conference calls/meetings and occasionally take meeting notes 

Handle incoming and outgoing mail 

Other administrative duties as assignedQualified candidates will have:

High school education 

Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to learn additional software programs (Upshot, RFP Express) 

Dependability 

Attention to detail

Punctual 

Represents the EVP well in a variety of situations. 

Able to multi-task and be willing to handle the production of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) as well as work directly with vendors and outside entities 

Able to work autonomously, as the EVP travels more than 90 percent of the time 

A great attitude and flexible solution finder is recommended 

Travel a possibility Ability to organize, handle and execute large sales meetings is a plus 

Knowledge of the industry is a plus, but not required 

Able to work across company and with other EVP staffs is critical 

Needs to be a great communicator
