As a Homecare Services Manager with Gentiva, you will: 

 Train and develop the homecare specialist team and manage their activities. Train and develop homecare specialists on pre-discharge hospital visits at the physicians' request to determine the need/eligibility for homecare and related homecare coordination activities. 

 Assist in the development and maintenance of positive relationships with referral sources and community organizations, facilitate communication between referral sources, client and family populations, and attend professional organization meetings. 

 Implement appropriate homecare coordination structure and prioritizes key customers in accordance with market sales plan. 

 Assess market and establishes with management and other territory sales staff sales strategy goals and tactics. Prioritize accounts to comply with corporate managed care sales plan, developing contact with appropriate levels within customer organizations. 

 Collaborate with area sales and operations management in development and execution of area specific annual strategic plan/budget and prepares quarterly sales updates to ensure achievement of established sales goals and compliance with established budgetary constraints. Manage Homecare Specialist sales time and resources according to plan. 

 Make sales calls with homecare specialists on targeted managed care organizations, CareCentrix accounts, facilities and/or appropriate physicians/physician groups. Prepare/deliver sales presentations which effectively address clients' needs and follows up to provide additional information, answer questions, resolve outstanding issues, and close sales. 

Qualifications 

 Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 

 R.N. licensure 

 A minimum of five years healthcare or related service industry sales experience 

 Three years in a supervisory role 

 Strong knowledge of governmental home health regulations, Medicare requirements and care plan development techniques 

 Broad knowledge of the insurance, case management, self-insured and managed care marketplace and marketing/sales techniques 

 Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, communication skills and computer literacy
