:


The primary purpose of this position is to provide support for the in-store photo systems and to the associates that operate the systems, to include equipment installations, relocation and repair of all photo-related equipment. Also responsible for the training, coaching and development of photo lab associates for assigned area. Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws.


The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:1. Repair and test all designated photo-related equipment.2. Perform and manage the preventive maintenance program at district level.3. Provide technical training at district level.4. Manage the cost associated with repairs and maintenance of the photo systems in assigned area.5. Enforce the companys photo quality standards at district level.6. Order equipment and parts as needed.7. Coordinate and facilitate technical training programs.8. Install and remove new and existing equipment.9. Accountable for requested service calls within assigned area.

Experience / Requirements:


The following qualities are required:

- Minimum age of 18 years old to education/experience requirement and travel for business purposes.- Ability to pass drug test.-Committed to providing customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated.- Ability to preserve confidentiality of information.- Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency.- Ability to work extended days on an occasional basis.- Ability to work day hours.- Accuracy and attention to detail.- Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects.- Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes.- Ability to work within strict time frames and resolute deadlines.- Proficiency with the Microsoft(r) Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer).- Outlook and Internet Explorer.

The following qualities are helpful:- Ability to work weekends on an occasional basis.- Proficiency with the Microsoft(r) Office Suite (Excel, Windows 95, and NT).

Education:

One-year certificate from college or technical school, Electro-mechanical skills, plus one (1) to three (3) years experience in Mechanical or Electronic training with a basic knowledge of process monitoring; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
