Long Term Acute Care - This is a long term care unit...patients usually stay between 18 to 30 days on unit. This is unit is considered between and ICU/CCU and tele...so I need ICU/CCU experience and must have ventilator experience. This is a new facility (within the current facility) opening with 8 beds....growing to 32 beds. There are Respiratory therapists on the floor with the nurses.
