BASIC FUNCTION
Supports Benefits Outsourcing and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) departments in the delivery management of Administrative Solution services provided for clients. Assumes responsibility for a portion of client deliverables and serves as primary operational contact to the client regarding their benefits outsourcing program. Also works with carriers for their support in these programs.

(Experience, Skills, Academic):QUALIFICATIONS
• Four year college degree in business or other related courses and/or equivalent in practical applicable work experience.
• Must have 2-4 years of strong client support experience, preferably in the Benefits outsourcing, COBRA Administration and Flexible Spending account services industry. This position has assigned clients and requires the ability to support and service your client's needs.
• Must have experience in learning and understanding proprietary software systems to facilitate client account management.
• Must have experience in learning information relating the Flexible Spending Accounts and Federal/Government guidelines.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have worked in an environment that handles a variety of client calls from routine to immediate need situations.
• Working experience in a fast paced and sometimes hectic work environment would be helpful.
