Position Description: 
We are in search of a highly skilled, results-oriented business development manager to support our Integrated Business Systems (IBS) Group in their continued growth throughout North America. As a IBS Manager, your primary responsibility will be creating new growth for the company through the establishment of IBS (on site sales/distribution center) locations. Addition responsibilities include assisting DM's to establish the company owned IBS stores to generate increased ROI, improved market penetration and provide excellent customer service. He/she will report directly to the General Manager and will work closely with senior management to identify, qualify and help pursue new business opportunities in line with Company and line of business strategies.

 


 Required Skills: 

 Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field; advanced degree preferred 

2-5 years business development/sales experience in business to business sales. 

Experience and advanced knowledge in the development, management and execution of sales processes including lead generation, pipeline management, account planning, sales strategy and development - Must have a proven track record 

Experienced and effective at developing business relationships with C-level executives (CEO, CTOs, CFO's). Relationships and experience in the middle market preferred. Candidate should have a strong national business network 

Business acumen; ability to understand and communicate BDO's business, marketplace and value proposition 

Knowledge of contact management software including update, maintenance and list generation 

Solid writing and editing skills with a focus on developing sales messages with impact 

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills 

Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving professionals at all levels in a client-oriented environment 

Ability to work with and provide business development consult to partners and managers, and drive results 

Excellent project management skills; ability to work in a deadline-driven environment; handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage people to accomplish desired results
