The Position:
The Supervisor of Outbound is responsible for coaching and counseling employees, coordinating recruiting and hiring, managing individuals and department performance. This includes developing, directing and coordinating daily services provided Outbound Service Center in an effort to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include, managing all programs, organizational changes, policy changes, facilitating quality improvement initiatives, supplying technical and product information as well as information on trends in the division.

Minimum requirements include a bachelors degree in Business, Medical Technology, Life Science or other area, and at least 2 years call center leadership experience. Knowledge of all Diabetes Care products is desired. Ability to develop a broad knowledge of diabetes, blood glucose monitoring, laboratory methods and legal and regulatory issues is necessary. Competence in problem solving and decision making skills are essential along with the ability to successfully handle difficult customers. Strong leadership skills and customer focus are a must. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment is necessary. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends required.
