The purpose of this position is to provide a timely, effective, and efficient means, within our Centralized Diagnostics business, to resolve customer issues and drive incremental business opportunities within Centralized Diagnostics. This telephone-based account management will assist in meeting Centralized Diagnostics short and mid term goals focusing on issue resolution, revenue generation and process improvement. This position will incorporate quality, ethics, good promotional practices, and compliance in daily actions and processes. The customer base includes Hospital laboratories in an assigned geographic territory.Who you are:
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree and (1) year business to business sales experience AND/OR (3) years customer or technical relationship related experience or a High School diploma and (6) years of sales and/or customer relationship experience. Qualified candidates will provide objective evidence of basic and strategic selling skills and/or customer relationship management skills; possess excellent presentation skills, with telephone communications skills emphasized; demonstrated strength in accountability for results, passion to succeed and win, ability to drive solutions, customer orientation, and information analysis skills. Ideal candidates will have outbound business-to-business (B2B) calling experience; understanding of "order to cash" process, including contracting, product supply and accounts receivable; and have the desire and ability to relocate outside of Indiana in the future within the US. Knowledge of hospital IVD competition and proficiency with sales force automation tools and/or SAP experience desired.
