ADP, with over $7 billion in revenues and approximately 570,000 clients worldwide, is one of the largest providers of a broad range of premier, mission-critical, cost-effective transaction processing and information-based business solutions.
Provide support to clients regarding the resolution of complex programming and installation requirements for ADP's Time and Attendance application. Continuously communicates with the client to expedite responses to critical situations and to ensure the support rendered meets or exceeds the client's expectations. Communicates issues, resolutions and best practices to team members and corporate support to increase productivity.
Performs a detailed client system analysis to ensure that client's needs are automated through the Time and Attendance product. Programs the client's database according to the client's specification. Assist clients with installation of the software on various operating systems and programs data collection devices (clocks, hand scanners) clients purchased through ADP. May install third party software that interfaces with ADP Time and Attendance software.
Can be located in the following locations: Atlanta,Birmingham,Pensacola,Tampa,New Orleans,Nashville,& Memphis.
QualificationsRequired
(Experience, Skills, Academic):Qualifications 2+ years experience in an implementation environment dealing with client demands or a minimum of 2 years experience with e-Time or equivalent time and attendance product. Must be proficient using IBM compatible PCs with resultant knowledge of various operating systems (DOS, Windows 2000/NT, Access, etc). Experience with ADP payroll products helpful. Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills required. Ability to work under time constraints.
Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline required or the equivalent in education and experience.
