Primary responsibilities of the ADR involve introducing the APEX product suite to decision makers at sales prospects, gathering information on potential software needs and securing appointments for APEX sales representatives.
Primary Tasks/Activities:
Respond to incoming inquiries from 800 number and websites
Assist in identifying targets and obtaining data for turning targets into prospects
Research target accounts
Conduct cold calls to potential clients in order to gather contact information for new leads that result in appointments for sales force
Work with Sales Executives on brining the accounts to closure
Assist with the handoff from Sales to Delivery
Maintain contact database and sales database
Provide timely follow up on marketing campaigns
Required Skills
Knowledge of basic sales principles, processes and method
Ability to gain a complete understanding of APEX's value proposition
Ability to become knowledgeable about APEX industry, market, buying behaviors, competitors, software and service solutions
Ability to identify key decision-makers, to understand and define their needs, and communicate the value of the solutions that APEX can provide
Ability to build and nurture internal relationships with Sales/Business Development/Senior Management, peers, and other department staff and management
Ability to understand and support the various aspects of a successful sales call
Ability to coordinate the components required to have a successful customer/prospect conference
Polished and poised personal presentation?

Highly effective verbal communication skills - able to achieve desired results with customers, prospects, vendors and partners through effective, articulate communications
Self-starter attitude and behavior, motivated and enthusiastic about contributing to the success of a rapidly growing company
Ability to manage multiple assignments
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite and ACT or similar contact management system
Required Experience
At least two (2) years previous sales or business experience, focusing on technology; sales efforts targeting Accounts Payable or other director-level buyers is a plus.
