We are currently searching for a Sales Account Executive East Region. TheSales Account Executive is responsible for negotiating and selling searchmarketing solutions to medium to large businesses (Fortune 1000). We are seeking an experienced sales personwith a history of success building strong relationships at the VPe-Commerce/VP Marketing/Director level within Fortune 1000 companies.The Sales Account Executive will be a self -motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations. The Sales Account Executive will developnew account opportunities, define the Performics products to meet the accounts needs, and sell/close product packages to meet their business goals. This person will interface with product teams to define new product offerings and work with management on sales strategy. New business development will be the primary focus. This position will work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of staff including internal senior management, staff and external strategic business partner contacts.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

 *Develop and cultivate leads from the sales pipeline. 
 *Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan. 
 *Assess potential business deals, negotiate favorable terms, and acquire prospect commitment. 
 *Construct deals within selling guidelines (product offerings, pricing, etc.) established byDoubleclickPerformics management. 
 *Assist in business implementation of sales package. 
 *Serve as a liaison between Company and targeted client prospects. 
 *Communicate ongoing contact/sales activities through Sales Pipeline Report and Call Reports. 
 *Display a thorough understanding of assigned target industries and Company's competitive advantages. 
 *Listen to, identify and understand prospects' viewpoint and tailor communication to meet prospect needs and expectations. 
 *Ability to assist Director or VP, Sales in defining and identifying potential sales targets. 
 *Assist in the collection of past-due accounts. 
 *Requires approximately 30% travel. 
 *RepresentDoubleclick Performics with integrity and trustworthiness, while persuasively selling the benefits of Search Marketing Services and overcoming any objections.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 *2-3 yrs hands-on experience in search marketing. Outstanding knowledge of all search channels and players. 
 *3-5 years sales experience requiredpreferably online advertising, direct marketing, or e-commerce industries. Strong industry relationships.
 *2 years of online sales. 
 *Exceptional research, analytic, presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills
 *Bachelors degree required, concentration in Marketing or Advertising preferred.
 *High competency level in Powerpoint, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
 *Strategic thinker with proven consulting skills, with the ability to work within a team to meet sales goals and objectives
 *Proven track record of sales success. 
 *Strong industry relationships.
 *Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and succinct presentation skills to prospects at all decision-making levels. 
 *Self -motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations 
 *Success in an entrepreneurial environment
