Position Responsibilities:
- Engagement management
- Engagement planning
- Client coordination, including relationship development and maintenance
- Engagement scope expansion
- Engagement chain linking (new work)
- Quality control of all engagement activities
- Maintenance of individual chargeability in accordance with established goals
- Coordination of timely billing and collection activities
- Supervision of appropriate Consultants, Sr. Consultants, and Managing Consultants
- Training and development of Consultants, Sr. Consultants, and Managing Consultants
- Support for company training program
- Support for company recruiting efforts, including participation in campus and office recruiting events
- Supervision and coordination of administrative responsibilities as required
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of seven years relevant experience (e.g. auditing, forensic accounting, dispute advisory experience), with preferred Big 4 experience
- Highly adept with complex projects, solid knowledge of the marketplace and significant ability to build the practice
- Four year degree in accounting, economics, finance, management or related degrees, with an MBA, CPA or CA
- Client engagement experience
- Supervisory Experience
- Ability to hire and develop staff as well as generate revenue
- Successful large engagement management expertise, preferably within litigation support or forensic investigations
- Must be BOTH strong technically and also strong in operational and client service skills.
- Strong project management skills in monitoring billing of hours and providing supervision, training and development of your team of consultants
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timely deadlines.
- We look for flexibility, creative problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Access.
- Ability to travel and work overtime as needed.
