Non- traditionalNursingManagementposition in the department of Medicine Patient Services. Full time, 40 hours/week. Opportunity to work collaboratively with program-based leaders to direct, support and enhance patient safety and quality among a diverse set of inpatient and ambulatory programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: project management, data collection/analysis, performance improvement initiatives and staff education. Strong communication skills, ability to facilitate teams, computer skills, flexibility and data management skills are required. RN license, pediatric and project management experience required. Experience in patient safety and performance improvement, familiarity with regulatory and accreditation requirements for health care organizations, management experienceMaster's degree preferred.
